 • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
 • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 • Include your order number and reason for the return in your message.

3. Return Shipping
 • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.
 • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

4. Refunds
 • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
 • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
 • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
 • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@mouniaparis.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
